InfoTrack ServeIT's network of local servers provides plenty of flexibility in how you need your service order to be completed. Like most process serving agencies, ServeIT agencies charge different rates for different levels of service.

Below, we'll look at the two main factors affecting service pricing, and how to select a service level that's right for you.

Which agency did you select?

Unlike some national online process serving portals, InfoTrack ServeIT allows partner agencies to set their own pricing for service orders. This allows us to accommodate a wide variety of agencies serving more types of locations, and all segments of the U.S. process serving market.

You'll notice that toggling between different agencies may affect the estimates you see later in the workflow. The first glimpse of your selected agency's estimates will come immediately after you make your selection, in the job due date calendar.

When do you need it done?

The main factor influencing the rate an agency charges is the job due date, which can be selected using a drop-down calendar menu. This menu appears just after you select your partner agency.

Grayed-out dates

A gray rectangle over the date indicates that the agency cannot accommodate an order that is due by this date.

Grayed out pricing on a white background indicates that the job due date you selected is too far in the future for the agency to accept your order. In this case, try waiting until it is closer to the due date to place your order.

All other dates will be followed by the dollar value of the base service estimate.

Same/next day service

Dates with a "SAME DAY" or "NEXT DAY" label are subject to the agency's special pricing for short-deadline serves. Usually, requiring this quick of a turnaround results in a price estimate that is considerably higher than for a standard service date.

Rush service

Additionally, some dates may be labeled "RUSH." A rush serve typically costs less than same- or next-day service, but more than standard service.

Standard service

Dates far out enough to be considered standard service will have no additional labels, and often offer the lowest pricing.
