Note: The feature described below is currently available only for active cases in Florida state courts.
In select locations where DocketSync is available, InfoTrack users who have filed into a case may see a "Docket entries" link on their case widget on the left-hand side of the Matter view.
Clicking this link will provide a free, detailed preview of all documents posted to the public docket, including the date each document was added and a description of the document.
After inspecting the documents, users may optionally choose to sync them to their integrated matter using InfoTrack's subscription-based DocketSync service.
When DocketSync is activated, InfoTrack will automatically check the public docket for you several times per day and ensure the most current documents are sent to your matter. Subscribers only pay the $10/month fee if there has been any docket activity in the case in the past month, meaning payment winds down automatically after the case goes inactive.
How to sync documents to your matter
To activate DocketSync from the Docket entries screen, simply click the Sync button in the lower right corner.
Alternatively, you can find the Sync button after clicking on any document in the preview.
If the case number does not match the matter you want the case associated with, disconnect from your existing matter and try again.
