Newer versions of Smokeball allow you to create and link an InfoTrack user account directly from Smokeball using an easy, two-click, single sign-on (SSO) process.
Step 1: Open any matter in Smokeball.
Step 2: Click the Litigation Services button, then select any option on the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Read the prompt about connecting to InfoTrack, and review the Terms of Service. If you agree with the terms, check the box to accept and click the Connect to InfoTrack button.
Now you are ready to begin using InfoTrack integrated with Smokeball.
Note
Once your Smokeball account is connected to an InfoTrack account via the SSO process outlined above, InfoTrack will no longer appear in the Integrations section of Smokeball to prevent users from establishing a redundant/duplicative connection.
