Identifying and fixing problems between Clio Manage and InfoTrack

Court-stamped documents aren't syncing back to my matter

If your court-returned documents are not syncing back to your matter, first check to confirm that you are still connected to your matter.

If the connection is active, you should see the Clio Manage logo and your matter name in a blue banner at the top of the Matter view.

If the connection is not active, you might not see the blue banner at all on the Matter view page—or you might see only the Clio Manage logo.

If either of these conditions are true, return to your Clio Manage matter and try to launch InfoTrack again from the More actions menu.

Then, click Sign in with Clio.

How do I reset my InfoTrack integration?

If certain expected actions are not available when beginning to place an order, you may need to reset the integration between Clio Manage and InfoTrack.

First, log into InfoTrack directly (search.infotrack.com). In the top right corner, you will see a circle containing the initials of your user name. Click this circle, and then click Logout.

You will be redirected to the InfoTrack login page. Click Sign in with Clio.
