How to place an order with InfoTrack through LEAP

Connecting, filing, and signing with LEAP and InfoTrack

Once you have connected your InfoTrack and LEAP accounts, you can begin placing orders from any open matter in LEAP.

Placing an order from within LEAP

To begin placing a filing, serving, or eSignature order from your LEAP matter, navigate to the (default) Details & Correspondence tab. If you have correctly integrated LEAP with InfoTrack, you should see these InfoTrack buttons at the top of your screen.

Select your desired order type, or click InfoTrack Services to be taken to the InfoTrack Matter view.

Accessing returned documents

Court-returned documents are saved in a Returned Documents folder in the Correspondence section of the relevant matter in your LEAP account.

Select the preview icon on the completed filing to view the document.

Expense tracking

Court fees and filing charges are automatically saved on the Expense Recoveries sub-tab of the Operating Account tab.

A line item is created for each expense, auto-generating for the case, the order, and the filing. The filing will contain the cost that you can pass through to your clients.
