Once you have connected your InfoTrack and iManage accounts, you can begin placing orders, starting from within your iManage account.
Placing an order from within iManage
To begin placing a filing, serving, or eSignature order navigate to the WorkSpace where your document is stored. Right-click on the matter and select InfoTrack E-Filing.
The first time you launch InfoTrack, you will receive a prompt to connect. Click the button and log in.
Filing and serving from within InfoTrack
To begin placing a filing or serving from InfoTrack, select the state you wish to file and serve in from the Quick actions menu. Then, click the button for your desired order type.
Matter information from iManage will populate in the InfoTrack workflows.
Accessing returned documents
Court-returned documents are saved back to a Returned from InfoTrack folder in the selected matter.
All documents from InfoTrack will return to the automatically created InfoTrack folder.
