InfoTrack customers have two ways to reach process servers with specific instructions about how their serve should be completed.
During the serve order workflow
The first opportunity happens in the order workflow, when you will be asked to provide any notes you would like to convey to the server in a dialog box marked Special Instructions.
After the serve order is placed
After the order is placed, users can also communicate new information to servers on the Order Details page. To do this, navigate to the Order activites widget and click the Contact agency button.

Clicking this button will launch a text box where the user can type specific instructions.

First, choose a category that applies to your message from the drop-down menu.
Then, add your message content in the Message box below.
Click Submit to send the message to the server. It will also be added as an entry in the Order Activities timeline, along with any responses you receive.
