One of the unique advantages of using InfoTrack is its flexibility in choosing a process server. InfoTrack ServeIT can dispatch orders to any U.S. process server that joins its nationwide Exchange network.

For users, adding a favorite process server to your InfoTrack account is simple. Our staff can set things up in as little as a day with cooperation from your process server. All we need from you is contact information for your preferred server, and your name and email so we can associate your server with the correct InfoTrack account.

Why use my own process server?

By default, InfoTrack's process serving network provides quality, vetted process server options in your service area.

However, some customers have told us that they prefer to use specific local process servers who have earned their trust through years of experience. So we've created a way to integrate any process server into our network, allowing users to enjoy the advantages of online order management and integration with the servers they trust.

How do I add my process server to InfoTrack?

InfoTrack can handle most of the setup for you. All we ask is that you fill out this short form to help us with our outreach to the server you'd like to add.

Once approved, the process of activating the server for your InfoTrack account typically takes 1-2 business days. We will notify you when the work is complete.
