In Cook and DuPage Counties (Illinois), InfoTrack can automatically generate Notice of Filing and Notice of Motion documents pre-filled with your saved case information. This allows you to file these documents in seconds, with no prep work necessary.

How it works

Start a filing just as you normally would and select the filing codes of the pleadings being filed.

Once you have all your documents attached, click Add notice of filing.

A preview of the Notice of Filing form will appear. The filing codes of the document that you selected will automatically appear on the generated notice. You can edit any of the fields in the document if changes need to be made.

Review the document and when you're ready, click on the "Add to filing" button.

The notice will then be attached to your order as another filing.
