InfoTrack customers have the following payment options available to make payment on an InfoTrack invoice:

  • Credit/debit card

  • ACH account

  • Check

Credit/debit card

If the customer opts to make payment via credit/debit card, they will incur a 2.95% surcharge. If they have opted in to have the credit/debit card on file set to their default payment, we will auto-charge the card on the invoices due date. For example:

A customer is billed on March 1st for all orders placed in the month of February. The invoice due date is March 31st, therefore the customers card will be charged the total invoice amount on March 31st.

If a customer has saved their credit/debit card details but not opted in to set it as their default payment type they will need to log into their billing center on their ITK account and process the payment themselves.

ACH account

A customer can add their ACH account information via the InfoTrack Billing Center to have their invoice payments auto-pulled from their account each month. They must ensure they check off "set as default payment method" when adding the ACH account information via the ITK Billing Center.

Similar to with credit card payments, the invoice total will be pulled from the customers account on the invoice due date. Again, for example:

A customer is billed on March 1st for all orders placed in the month of February. The invoice due date is March 31st, therefore the customers account will have funds pulled on March 31st.

Check

If a customer sets their default payment to check, they will be invoiced at the beginning of the month for all orders placed in the previous month. If they wish to mail in a check to make payment, they will need to mail the check to:

InfoTrack US, Inc.

P.O. Box 735453

Dallas, TX 75373-5453

Alternatively, they can access the billing center and use the "Pay Now" option to make payment with a Credit/Debit card.
