This error will appear when the matter reference entered on the previous page (or in the customers PMS) exceeds 49 characters. The customer will have to go back or start the order over and ensure their matter reference is no more than 49 characters.

Usually, this will mean the customer will have to update the matter or internal reference in their PMS to less than or equal to 49 characters, relaunch InfoTrack and start their SignIT order again.
