If a customer calls in because they have uploaded a document to be sent for eSignature using SignIT and they are reporting that the document text is illegible, jumbled, blanked out etc. you may advise them to fix the issue by following the below steps.
The issue is a known problem with PDF viewer which can be fixed in the customers web browser settings. To fix the issue the customer will need to open their web browser settings and turn off the setting labeled ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’.
For example when using Chrome:
Open the Chrome settings
Navigate to the System tab
Turn off the setting labeled ‘Use hardware acceleration when available’.
