SignIT Error: Contract has expired (link has expired)

If a customers calls in because they are trying to edit a SignIT order OR the customers signing party is trying to sign a document sent to them via SignIT, but, they are getting an error message stating that the ‘Contract has expired’ or the ‘Link has expired’ they will need to start the order over. SignIT (DocuSign) links will remain active for 120 days, once this time has elapsed the link will expire and the order will need to be resent.
