Customers will occasionally call in advising that their filing rejection notice was not pushed back to their CMS matter and are wondering why.
This is done intentionally by design. InfoTrack does not push rejection notices back to the CMS. The customer instead will receive an email with either a link to the rejection or an attachment and then can navigate back to their InfoTrack portal to fully retrieve this information.
We at InfoTrack have been working diligently to make this information easy to navigate, so our customers are able to review, correct and resubmit their documents.
Below are examples of how to locate this information for our customers within the InfoTrack portal.
Tyler Courts will display the Rejection Reason on the view details of the order.
JTI Courts will have a Notice of E-Filing Rejection returned from the court.
For orders that are partially accepted, you will find the rejection in the Notice of Confirmation of Electronic Filing that is returned.
CCMS courts will display the rejection reason on the view details of the order.
Physical filing Courts will have a confirmation report uploaded and refer customers to the note section for the rejection reason
