However, in the InfoTrack workflow we only show the Alhambra location.

The Product Support Team has reached out and per the EFM the court accepts the initial documents (perhaps at a location other than where the customer wants to file) but if accepted, then the court should route the case to the correct location. After the case number is generated, it should go to the location they are expecting.

The customer may contact the court to confirm the process.
