When a customer wants to serve an individual, but needs assistance locating a best address to serve they may opt to have a skip trace report performed.

This is where we take the last-known address and other basic information and conduct in-depth research on the subject for them. We then will send a list of all addresses the party has been linked to and then our customers can choose the strategy for getting the serve.

You may receive an inquiry from a customers asking for clarity as to what the dates next to the addresses mean. The dates they see are the dates that the search tool used by Serve Manager was last able to verify that the resident lives there. Usually, if they are getting mail at that address or if they have something registered to that address.

Example Skip Trace Results:

304 LA FONTENAY CT, LOUISVILLE, KY 40223-3022 (JEFFERSON COUNTY) (07/01/2022 to 09/15/2023)

1607 HUNNINGTON PL APT 8, LOUISVILLE, KY 40220-3776 (JEFFERSON COUNTY) (05/02/2023 to 05/15/2023)

2609 SAPPHIRE PT APT 15, DAYTON, OH 45431-3752 (GREENE COUNTY) (12/15/2019 to 02/21/2023)

For the first result, the to β€œ9/15/2023” basically means 07/01/2022-present.
