When placing a SignIT order and adding a signer, our customers have the option to “require a witness” of the individual who will be signing the document(s).

By selecting this box in the Signer Details, once the envelope is sent, it will require the signer to nominate a witness, who will also sign affirming they witnessed the signature. The signee and witness must complete their respective signatures in order to complete and finish the document(s).
