What to do when a Smokeball user states that when they launch from their matter into the InfoTrack workflow the party addresses are not populating, despite being entered within the matter.
This issue occurs when the customer is working from an outdated version of the Smokeball software. To resolve the issue have the customer shutdown their PC, restart and open Smokeball again. The version of the program will update and the addresses will populate in the InfoTrack workflow when launched from the Smokeball matter.
